Using official company’s letter, fax us a request to create new login data (fax no: +370 (5) 2462285). Please indicate the e-mail address to which you wish to receive answer.

The reason for this is the fact, that OptimalSite system has automatic language selection, depending upon the settings of a browser. In order to open a website in all browsers in one language, e.g. in Lithuanian, please press OptimalSite settings, choose Website settings tab, un-check Automatic language selection according to the browsers settings in Language field and choose Lithuanian language.

Please verify whether another page of the same level with the same name does not exist either in the website’s structure or in the recycle bin.

You have no access rights to these pages and/or modules. Rights to access certain pages and modules are granted by your website’s Super Administrator.

If you want to increase the number of shown news on the page, please go to the News module and choose Settings tab. Please increase the number of news in News field. Your indicated number here will be the number of news articles shown on the page.

When uploading pictures or text documents into OptimalSite system, please verify, whether files names do not have spaces or special symbols.

First, choose the category in which you want to change the product location, then enter the list of products of that category and change the location/placement there.

This happens if your server, which contains the website, is overloaded or other server troubles are present. In this case you must contact your internet service provider.

Error code No 1 means that the database troubles are present. Please apply to the company, which provides you server hosting services.

Error code No 2 means that you do not have permission to connect to database server. Please apply to the company, which provides you server hosting services.

Error code No 3 / 4 means that Optimalsite system license code is incorrect. Please contact us.
